• Southbroom Community Policing Forum, and

• Southbroom Conservancy

STREET NUMBER SIGNS NOW AVAILABLE

Please collect your FREE street number sign at the Annual General Meeting on Saturday 16th December and place it in a prominent position on your property.

Uncollected signs will be hand delivered to ratepayers and residents during the season, failing which they will be erected on your behalf as best possible.

PROPOSED REZONING TO INTERMEDIATE RESIDENTIAL - LOTS 735 & 736 SOUTHBROOM

The Provincial Planning and Development Commission resolved to dismiss the appeal on account of there being inadequate information on the potential amenity impact were the appeal site developed to the maximum of twenty-one dwelling units.

This abandoned building site was photographed by Joy Crutchfield on a recent trip to Plettenberg Bay.  The signage, in English and Afrikaans, reads:
