SECTION 21 COMPANY - MEMO & ARTICLES

In preparation of the formation of the Southbroom Urban Improvement Precinct, a Section 21 Company was formed - Southbroom Property Owners Association (association not for gain).

The main business which the company is to carry on is:

"To create a special rating area in Southbroom within the jurisdiction of the Hibiscus Coast Municipality of KwaZulu-Natal".

The main object of the company is:

"To procure supplementary rates which will be over and above normal rates payable and raised by Hibiscus Coast Municipality.  Such supplementary funds will be used for the provision of services, resources and improvements to benefit Southbroom exclusively.  The Company will procure the rates and facilitate the service."

The interim Board of Directors are:

• Robin Morton GREENE

• Richard George HOLTSHAUSEN

• Victor Thomas PRETORIUS

• Gary Byron PURTELL

• Hugh Dennis PURTELL

• Antonius Ronald STEPPE

Certain of these directors will be replaced by representatives of the Hibiscus Coast Municipality should the Urban Improvement Precinct be approved. 

Memorandum and Articles of Association

At the requirement of the Hibiscus Coast Municipality, certain amendments are being made to the Memorandum & Articles of Association.  The approved documents will be posted on this page in due course.
